• • As an AEO Content Strategist at Kraken, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of crypto adoption by owning and optimizing the content brief pipeline. This pivotal role sits within the Organic Growth organization, a dynamic team focused on compounding, durable user growth through the strategic integration of SEO, ASO, and Content. You will collaborate closely with Product, Data, Engineering, Legal, and Brand teams to ensure Kraken is discoverable across all platforms where users and machines seek credible information about cryptocurrency.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end process of AI-generated content briefs, translating complex data and AI intelligence into actionable, high-quality content programs at scale. This is not a role for a writer, but rather for a strategic program manager with exceptional editorial judgment. You will operate at the intersection of automation, strategy, and stakeholder management, ensuring every brief produced by the AEO team is precise, accurate, and tailored to regional market needs.
• • You will be the crucial connective tissue within the AEO function, working within a lean, high-leverage team that embraces a startup mentality. Leveraging Claude-powered workflows to handle volume, your expertise will provide the essential quality layer that automation alone cannot replicate. This involves meticulously reviewing, editing, and approving AI-generated briefs before they are distributed to product teams and regional managers.
• • A key aspect of your role will be to translate intricate AEO data, citation metrics, and AI visibility performance into clear, easily understandable language for product pod leads and regional marketing managers. You will serve as the primary liaison between the AEO team and these stakeholders, cultivating strong, trusted working relationships with regional marketing managers across the globe.
• • You will be responsible for running effective briefing sessions, onboarding new product pods to established AEO workflows, and developing comprehensive enablement resources. These resources will empower non-SEO stakeholders to better understand and act upon AI visibility data, fostering a more data-informed content creation process across the company.
• • Establishing and rigorously maintaining quality standards for all AEO content output is paramount. This includes proactively identifying and flagging compliance-sensitive content for thorough editorial review before it reaches the product pods, ensuring adherence to regulatory and brand guidelines.
• • You will continuously monitor the accuracy of AI-generated briefs by comparing them against Profound intelligence data and Ahrefs research. This iterative process will involve refining prompt inputs and templates based on output feedback, driving ongoing improvements in the quality and relevance of the generated briefs.
• • Tracking the cadence of brief delivery across various product pods and regions will be essential for pipeline management. You will be responsible for reporting on pipeline health to the Director and escalating strategic AEO opportunities to leadership, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
• • Furthermore, you will support regional localization workflows, working collaboratively with other AEO team members to enhance workflow outputs and systematically reduce the manual review load over time. This collaborative approach will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the AEO function.
