- • AI Software Development Engineer in Test (AI-SDET) role focused on leading AI-powered quality engineering transformation within the QA Guild at Network Solutions, a trusted digital identity authority with decades of experience securing domains and protecting online infrastructure.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include championing AI testing tool adoption, designing LLM evaluation frameworks, building automated validation pipelines for RAG and agent workflows, developing scalable UI/API automation with Python and modern frameworks, validating AI agents across LangChain/LangGraph ecosystems, and integrating quality gates into CI/CD pipelines while coaching QA engineers on emerging AI practices.
- • The team operates within Network Solutions’ QA Guild, leveraging AI-accelerated tools to modernize quality engineering, collaborating with engineering managers, product teams, and QA leads to embed AI quality practices into the SDLC across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP).
- • In this role, you will drive process change, upskill teams on AI quality standards, gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI systems (LLMs, RAG, autonomous agents), deepen expertise in cloud-native testing and DevOps, and position yourself as a leader in the intersection of quality engineering and AI innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong programming experience in Python
- • Deep understanding of software testing and quality engineering principles
- • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM testing, prompt engineering, context engineering, and AI Evals
- • Practical experience with RAG systems, AI agents, and vector databases
- • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP)
- • Experience with API testing, microservices testing, and UI automation
- • SQL proficiency and data validation experience
- • Demonstrated ability to influence engineering teams and drive adoption of new tools and processes
- • Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
