📋 Description
- • As a Senior Software Engineer on the Localization team at AeroVect, you will take ownership of the calibration systems critical to autonomous ground handling operations, ensuring reliable and repeatable sensor performance across LiDAR, IMU, GNSS, cameras, and radar for major airline and ground service provider clients.
- • You will improve the robustness of existing offline calibration workflows, design and implement online calibration validation systems that monitor real-time sensor consistency and detect drift, and contribute to localization, mapping, and sensor integration pipelines for deployment in live airport environments.
- • AeroVect is a Series A autonomous vehicle company transforming aviation ground operations through autonomy, backed by top-tier investors and serving major global airlines and ground handlers, with a mission to scale safe, efficient autonomous operations at airports worldwide.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in multi-sensor calibration, state estimation, and safety-critical systems while shaping the foundation of AeroVect’s localization stack and gaining end-to-end ownership from algorithm design to real-world deployment and iteration.
