  • • The Aftermarket - Technical Support I role at GoDaddy is a dual-function position that combines customer-facing technical support with operational responsibilities such as transaction processing, payouts, and account verification, playing a critical role in ensuring smooth service delivery for enterprise and investor clients.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with customers via email, phone, chat, and internal systems to resolve issues; explaining technical concepts in simple terms; troubleshooting operational and technical problems using diagnostic tools and knowledge articles; processing transactions and account updates with accuracy and compliance; maintaining detailed case documentation in Salesforce and other internal tools; and participating in training and shadowing to build technical and operational expertise.
  • • You will join the Investors and Enterprise Operations - Services & Care team, a high-performing support organization within GoDaddy that values empathy, attention to detail, and quality in every customer interaction, operating in a remote-first environment with flexibility to work from Bulgaria.
  • • In this role, you will develop deeper product knowledge, enhance your technical troubleshooting skills, gain experience with enterprise-level support systems like Salesforce and Confluence, and grow within a structured support career path that emphasizes learning, accuracy, and customer success.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • • 1+ years of customer support or technical support experience
  • • Experience using support tools such as Salesforce, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
  • • Ability to follow structured procedures while handling customer and operational tasks
  • • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
