- • As a Content Moderator for Metaverse Mod Squad, Inc., you will play a vital role in safeguarding youth communities by monitoring and maintaining safe, respectful online environments for globally recognized brands.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring comments, messages, mentions, and posts across social platforms; enforcing community guidelines by removing inappropriate, offensive, or spam content; escalating sensitive issues such as customer complaints or potential crises to appropriate teams; and gathering insights on trends, FAQs, and common complaints to improve user experience.
- • You will join a global remote team at ModSquad, a company that has been reinventing customer experience services since 2007, supporting over 50 languages in more than 90 countries and working with brands ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies like Spotify, VSCO, and Vimeo.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in trust and safety, community management, and digital content oversight while contributing to the well-being of young users in online spaces, gaining valuable experience in a mission-driven, inclusive workplace.
🎯 Requirements
- • Must be located in Argentina
- • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 11 or above
- • Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBPS or greater
- • 8 GB RAM or better
- • Willingness to download and install ModSquad security systems on computer and mobile phone
- • Willingness to undergo a background check and verify identity
