- • As a Customer Support & Sales Agent (Quilting Specialist) at Foxelli Group, you will serve as the first human touchpoint for crafting customers, combining empathetic support with consultative sales to guide users through quilting patterns, troubleshoot technique questions, and recommend products that align with their needs.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include delivering friendly, solution-oriented support via phone, chat, and email; conducting structured phone interviews to assess customer needs and drive value-based upsells; resolving issues with care and follow-through; recording customer feedback to identify trends; maintaining a professional brand tone across all channels; and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer journey.

🎯 Requirements
- • Fluent or near-native spoken English with clear, professional, and warm communication
- • Hands-on experience with quilting, including confidence discussing patterns, stitches, materials, and technique questions
- • Proven background in phone-based customer support and/or upselling
- • Strong emotional intelligence, active listening, and ability to build trust quickly
- • Comfortable working independently and managing a steady daily workload
- • Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
