• As a TikTok Support Intern, you'll be at the operational heart of our Latin American business — managing end-to-end processes in Salesforce, resolving advertiser issues, and working hand-in-hand with commercial teams across multiple countries.
• This is a role for someone who's comfortable navigating complexity, communicating across all levels of an organization, and making things happen.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles or related fields.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate complexity and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
