- • As a Customer Support & Sales Agent at Foxelli Group, you will serve as the first human contact for customers, delivering empathetic, solution-oriented support while also identifying opportunities to recommend products and drive value-aligned upsells—blending support with consultative sales in a way that genuinely benefits the customer.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, email, and social media; conducting structured phone interviews to assess customer needs; resolving issues with calmness and follow-through; recording feedback to improve service; and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer journey.
