📋 Description
- • The Agency Engagement and Facilitation Specialist drives Independent Agent engagement and enablement strategies that support production goals across personal and commercial lines, combining data analysis, product expertise, and consultative communication to deliver programs aligned with business objectives and agency needs.
- • Day to day, the role involves designing and executing initiatives to drive agency production and product adoption, partnering with internal leadership to align programs with business priorities, using performance data to identify opportunities and evaluate effectiveness, tracking variances to expected outcomes, developing engagement content and materials, applying storytelling and consultative techniques to convey value, maintaining strong knowledge of insurance products and market dynamics, and leveraging technology and reporting tools such as data visualization platforms, quoting systems, LMS, and Microsoft applications.
- • The role is part of National General, a subsidiary of The Allstate Corporation, which offers home, auto, accident and health insurance, and specialty niche products through a large network of independent insurance agents and direct-to-consumer channels, headquartered in New York City with a financial strength rating of A– from A.M. Best.
- • The person can learn to design and execute agency engagement strategies, analyze performance data to refine initiatives, develop consultative communication and storytelling skills, deepen expertise in insurance products and sales strategies, and gain experience using technology tools for analysis and program execution while contributing to business objectives and agency enablement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
- • 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
- • Skills in Facilitation, Insurance Administration, Public Speaking, and Sales
