  • • Hippocratic AI is at the forefront of revolutionizing healthcare through advanced generative AI, specifically focusing on creating the world's first safety-first, healthcare-exclusive Large Language Models (LLMs). Our proprietary Polaris constellation of LLMs boasts over 99.9% accuracy, enabling safe, autonomous clinical conversations with patients. We are a category-creating company, backed by leading healthcare and AI investors, and recently secured a significant $126M Series C funding round at a $3.5B valuation. Our mission is to transform patient outcomes at a global scale by building a powerful, trusted, and truly transformative platform.
  • • As an Agent Deployment Architect, Payor Integrations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful integration of our groundbreaking AI solutions with payor organizations. This is a unique opportunity to be a key technical liaison, bridging the gap between Hippocratic AI's innovative technology and the complex operational needs of the healthcare payor landscape. You will be instrumental in ensuring our clients can effectively leverage our platform to enhance their operations, improve patient care, and achieve their strategic objectives.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to lead the technical aspects of payor engagements throughout both the pre-sales and post-sales cycles. This involves understanding each client's unique environment and tailoring our solutions to meet their specific requirements, ensuring a seamless and highly effective implementation. You will act as the primary technical point of contact for payor organizations, providing in-depth education on our platform's features, functionalities, and the specific use cases that align with their business needs.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve providing expert guidance in critical payor workflows. This includes, but is not limited to, areas such as claims processing, coverage determinations, population health initiatives, and other core operational processes where our AI can deliver substantial value. You will translate complex technical capabilities into tangible business benefits for our payor partners.
  • • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with a diverse range of cross-functional teams within Hippocratic AI, including Product Management, Engineering, AI Research, Clinical Operations, and Sales. This collaborative effort is crucial for driving successful outcomes, gathering feedback, and championing product enhancements that specifically address the nuanced requirements of the payor market.
  • • To enhance efficiency and scalability, you will be tasked with developing innovative tooling and comprehensive playbooks. These resources will streamline and automate key pre-sales activities for payor clients, enabling faster and more consistent engagement across multiple opportunities. This proactive approach will be vital in supporting our rapid growth.
  • • You will navigate and manage complex technical topics, including data integrations with various systems such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. A deep understanding of interoperability standards and how to effectively integrate our platform to address specific payor use cases will be essential.
  • • This role requires a strategic thinker who can not only understand technical intricacies but also articulate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring that our payor clients achieve maximum value from their investment in Hippocratic AI, fostering long-term partnerships built on trust and successful outcomes.
  • • By joining Hippocratic AI, you will be part of a team dedicated to reinventing healthcare with AI that prioritizes safety and efficacy. You will work alongside pioneers in AI and healthcare, contributing to a mission that has the potential to profoundly impact health outcomes worldwide. This is an opportunity to shape the future of healthcare technology and build something truly groundbreaking.
