- • As an Agent Deployment Architect, with a primary focus on Payor Integrations, you will be instrumental in driving the successful integration of our cutting-edge AI solutions with payor organizations. Your role will extend to supporting integration opportunities with providers and digital health companies, ensuring a seamless and effective deployment of our technology.
- • You will act as the primary technical liaison, collaborating closely with our clients' technical and operational teams. Your expertise will guide them through the implementation process, ensuring our solutions are optimally configured and utilized within diverse payor environments.
- • Key responsibilities include leading the technical aspects of payor engagements throughout both pre-sales and post-sales cycles. This involves ensuring a tailored and seamless experience that meets the unique needs of each client.
- • You will serve as the go-to technical expert for payor organizations, providing in-depth education on our platform's features, functionalities, and the specific use cases that align with their business objectives.
- • Your guidance will be crucial in areas critical to payor operations, such as claims processing, coverage determinations, population health initiatives, and other core payor workflows, demonstrating the value and applicability of our AI solutions.
- • A significant part of your role will involve close collaboration with our cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, AI, Clinical, and Sales. This collaborative effort is essential for driving successful outcomes and identifying product enhancements that directly address payor-specific requirements and market demands.
- • You will be tasked with developing innovative tooling and comprehensive playbooks designed to streamline and automate key pre-sales activities for our payor clients. This includes managing and advising on data integrations with various systems such as EHR, CRM, and ERP, as well as understanding product configuration and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) to ensure our solutions effectively address payor use cases.
- • You will play a vital role in translating the intricate needs of external stakeholders, particularly within the payor ecosystem, into actionable product requirements for our internal teams.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare implementation or product management, with a strong emphasis on payor-side operations or integrations.
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience integrating platforms using APIs, demonstrating a deep understanding of API-driven solutions and data exchange.
- • Familiarity with healthcare data models and standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, CPT, ICD-10) is essential for understanding and navigating payor data requirements.
- • Proven ability to cultivate strong customer relationships and deliver exemplary product support, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
- • Demonstrated proficiency in translating external stakeholder needs into clear, actionable internal product requirements, effectively bridging communication between clients and engineering teams.
- • Experience partnering closely with engineers to deliver product features and enhancements, ensuring technical feasibility and successful implementation.
- • Comfort reading and debugging Python code is a significant advantage, enabling quicker troubleshooting and deeper technical understanding.
- • Prior experience in a start-up environment is preferred, indicating adaptability and a proactive approach to building and scaling solutions.
- • Experience integrating with ancillary healthcare modules such as CRMs, population health systems, ERPs, and other enterprise software is highly desirable.
