- • Own the full product lifecycle for Sciemo’s AI platform—translating breakthrough research in generative AI, agent-based systems, graph technologies, and machine learning into category-defining products that consumer-goods leaders adopt at scale.
- • Define and continuously evolve Sciemo’s product vision, principles, and 12-18-month roadmap; balance audacious long-term bets (e.g., fully autonomous demand-supply agents) with near-term revenue-generating releases that prove ROI in weeks, not quarters.
- • Establish rigorous product discovery loops: interview Fortune-500 demand planners, revenue managers, and C-suite executives; synthesize findings into Jobs-to-Be-Done; and feed validated pain points into sprint planning so every feature ships with a measurable business case.
- • Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences—designing agentic workflows, conversational interfaces, and graph-powered insights that hide technical complexity while surfacing “aha” moments that turn skeptical analysts into power users.
- • Build and lead a lightweight but world-class product organization: hire and mentor PMs, designers, and product ops talent; codify repeatable rituals (OKRs, PRD templates, launch playbooks) that let us move at startup speed without accumulating organizational debt.
- • Partner elbow-to-elbow with engineering to set technical strategy—define model evaluation criteria, latency budgets, data-privacy guardrails, and MLOps pipelines that keep AI performance best-in-class as customer data volume grows 10× year-over-year.
- • Collaborate with sales and customer success to craft pricing, packaging, and land-and-expand motions; create battle cards, ROI calculators, and lighthouse case studies that turn early pilots into seven-figure ARR expansions.
- • Serve as the external face of Sciemo’s product story—present at industry conferences, publish thought-leadership pieces, and brief industry analysts to cement Sciemo’s reputation as the definitive AI partner for consumer-goods planning.
- • Establish KPIs that matter: feature adoption, time-to-value, net-revenue retention, and customer NPS; instrument product analytics and quarterly business reviews to hold yourself and the company accountable to outcomes, not output.
- • Champion ethical, responsible AI—define fairness, transparency, and governance standards that exceed retailer and regulatory requirements, ensuring customer trust scales alongside model sophistication.
- • Shape a culture of experimentation: run rapid A/B tests on agent prompting strategies, pricing models, and onboarding flows; institutionalize learnings so every experiment compounds institutional knowledge.
- • Report directly to the Co-Founder & CEO while maintaining a “player-coach” mindset—jump into Figma mocks, SQL queries, or customer escalation calls whenever necessary to unblock the team and model the bar for excellence.
