Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • Own the end-to-end delivery of Pipedrive’s AI adoption program, translating our AI-native strategy into an actionable roadmap that spans product, sales, marketing, customer success, finance and people teams.
- • Build and maintain a living program dashboard that tracks adoption velocity, ROI, usage quality and employee sentiment; surface insights weekly to the COO and quarterly to the Board so leadership can make data-driven investment decisions.
- • Design and run immersive change-management sprints—think interactive workshops, micro-learning modules, Slack-based office hours and bite-size video tutorials—that turn skeptical users into enthusiastic AI power users.
- • Partner with L&D to embed AI literacy into onboarding, leadership development and role-specific certification paths; co-create content with internal comms to keep 850+ employees across ten offices inspired and informed.
- • Act as the single point of contact for external AI vendors (OpenAI, emerging start-ups, system integrators); negotiate pilots, manage contracts, track SLAs and ensure security, privacy and ethical-use standards are never compromised.
- • Establish a reusable playbook of best practices, prompt libraries, governance guardrails and success stories; make it so good that teams in Tallinn, Lisbon, Prague and New York all follow the same gold standard.
- • Run quarterly “AI value hackathons” where cross-functional squads prototype new use-cases—from hyper-personalised email campaigns to predictive churn alerts—then scale the winners into production with engineering and data science.
- • Monitor regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, GDPR, SOC 2) and translate complex policy into simple, actionable guidance that keeps Pipedrive compliant without slowing innovation.
- • Champion a culture of experimentation: set up sandbox environments, define safe-to-fail criteria and celebrate fast learning so that every employee feels empowered to test, iterate and share.
- • Translate customer feedback and market signals into program enhancements; ensure that every AI feature we ship inside Pipedrive ultimately helps our 100,000+ customers close more deals.
- • Mentor junior project managers and analysts, turning them into future program leaders who can scale our AI efforts well beyond your tenure.
- • Report on OKRs, budget burn and risk mitigation to the Enterprise Enablement leadership team; pivot quickly when priorities shift while keeping stakeholders aligned and motivated.
