  • • As a Principal Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant at Infinity Group, you will be at the forefront of delivering transformative digital solutions for our clients. You will join a dynamic and innovative Microsoft Cloud Solution Partner renowned for its award-winning IT Support, Digital Transformation, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultancy services. With a team of over 170 dedicated professionals, we are committed to empowering organizations through the strategic implementation of Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Azure. This role is pivotal to our Consultancy Practice, where you will lead high-value Dynamics 365 implementation projects, ensuring the delivery of robust, high-quality, and scalable solutions that align with our clients' strategic objectives.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to shape and drive the success of these critical projects. This involves deep engagement with clients, from initial requirements gathering through to final deployment and ongoing support. You will orchestrate client workshops, meticulously documenting requirements in the form of user stories within Azure DevOps. This ensures a clear, shared understanding of project scope and objectives, forming the bedrock of successful project execution.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be leading sprint planning sessions. You will guide clients and project teams to define clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines for each sprint, fostering an agile and iterative approach to development. This proactive planning ensures that projects remain on track and that client expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
  • • You will be the subject matter expert in customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, encompassing its core modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Project Service Automation, and Field Service. Your expertise will be crucial in configuring the platform to meet specific business needs, optimizing workflows, developing standard reports, and tailoring forms and views to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
  • • Quality assurance is paramount. You will be responsible for conducting rigorous testing and peer reviews of all developed solutions. This commitment to quality ensures that the solutions are not only functional but also robust, stable, and highly maintainable over the long term, adhering to industry best practices and Infinity Group's high standards.
  • • Client collaboration extends to regular 'show and tell' sessions, where you will demonstrate progress, showcase new functionalities, and gather valuable feedback. You will also lead sprint retrospectives, facilitating discussions to identify areas of success and opportunities for continuous improvement within the project team and the client's engagement.
  • • Developing comprehensive and structured training materials will be a significant part of your role. You will then deliver engaging end-user training sessions, empowering clients to fully leverage the capabilities of their new Dynamics 365 solutions and ensuring a smooth transition and adoption.
  • • You will oversee and manage complex data migration processes, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of client data as it is transferred to the new system. Furthermore, you will provide critical on-site support during go-live activities, acting as the primary point of contact for any immediate issues or challenges, ensuring a seamless transition for the client.
  • • A core tenet of this role is ensuring that all solutions are designed and implemented with long-term maintainability, supportability, and stability in mind. You will champion the adoption of recognized best practices in configuration, customization, and development within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • • Beyond project delivery, you will play a vital role in nurturing the next generation of talent within Infinity Group. You will mentor junior team members, providing guidance, sharing your extensive knowledge, and supporting their professional growth, confidence, and overall experience within the consultancy practice.
  • • This role offers the unique opportunity to work with a leading Microsoft Cloud Solution Partner, contributing to impactful digital transformation projects. You will thrive in a culture that values ambition, collaboration, humility, and a shared passion for making a positive impact. We believe in celebrating success, fostering continuous learning, and ensuring the well-being and development of every team member.
