  • • We are seeking a visionary Director of Product to spearhead and drive product experiences across our diverse and expanding customer network. This pivotal role will encompass pharmacies, patients, and pharmaceutical companies, ensuring seamless and impactful interactions with our platform. Reporting directly to our CTO, who oversees all product development functions including product, design, data, and engineering, you will be an integral part of our leadership team. You will collaborate closely with leaders across various departments, including data, design, engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and customer success, possessing full context and accountability for your domain.
  • • This is a unique opportunity to influence the strategic direction of product development at a company poised to transform the healthcare industry. You will work hand-in-hand with our CTO and CEO, contributing directly to the company's vision and execution. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week at our vibrant Redwood City headquarters, offering a blend of focused in-office collaboration and flexible remote work.
  • • As the Director of Product, Experience, your primary responsibility will be to lead and drive product experiences that resonate deeply with our large and growing customer base. This includes owning the entire product lifecycle from customer discovery and strategic planning to meticulous execution and the achievement of measurable, successful outcomes. You will be empowered to operate as a hands-on, strategic leader – actively engaging with customers to understand their needs, analyzing data to uncover insights, clearly defining product intent and goals, meticulously planning execution strategies, and ultimately taking ownership of the results.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves leading and mentoring a small, high-impact team of product managers. We envision a team of 3-5 dedicated individuals, fostering a close-knit and agile environment. If your aspiration is to manage a much larger team, this particular opportunity may not align with your career goals. Instead, this role is for someone who thrives in a lean, impactful setting, directly shaping product direction and nurturing talent within a focused group.
  • • You will be instrumental in defining the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and strategic alignment. This involves conducting thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify unmet needs and emerging opportunities. Translating these insights into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories will be crucial for the engineering and design teams.
  • • Furthermore, you will champion a data-driven approach to product management. This means defining key performance indicators (KPIs), establishing robust analytics frameworks, and continuously monitoring product performance to iterate and optimize. Your ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategic product decisions will be paramount.
  • • Cross-functional collaboration will be at the heart of your work. You will build strong relationships with engineering to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery, with design to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces, and with marketing and sales to ensure successful product launches and market adoption. You will also work closely with operations and customer success to gather feedback and ensure our products meet the evolving needs of our users.
