You will be instrumental in architecting the Plaud Intelligence Agent's skill ecosystem, taking it from a nascent concept to a scalable, high-utility production platform that delights over 1.5 million users worldwide.
• As the Agent Product Manager, you will own the entire lifecycle of our agent tools, from strategic planning and execution to driving tool quantity, execution quality, and user penetration. Your primary objective will be to transform the agent's capabilities into a robust and indispensable asset for our users, ensuring it seamlessly integrates into their workflows and amplifies their intelligence. This involves a deep understanding of user needs, market trends, and the evolving landscape of AI capabilities.
• A critical aspect of this role is defining the "Ground Truth" for user scenarios. You will be responsible for translating complex product use cases into quantifiable, high-bar evaluation metrics. This requires close collaboration with Product, Evaluation, and Engineering teams to operationalize these standards. Your work will ensure that abstract user needs are systematically translated into deterministic business outcomes, providing a clear benchmark for performance and reliability.
• You will also be tasked with pushing prompt performance to State-of-the-Art (SOTA) standards. This involves spearheading the advanced iteration of tool-related prompt strategies and context engineering infrastructure. Your mandate is to meticulously fine-tune the AI’s interaction logic and reasoning capabilities, ensuring that the final output consistently benchmarks against industry-leading performance. This requires a deep dive into prompt engineering techniques, understanding how to elicit the best possible responses from large language models.
• The role demands a proactive approach to identifying and integrating new AI capabilities and tools that can enhance the Plaud Agent's functionality. You will research emerging AI technologies, assess their potential impact on our product, and develop roadmaps for their integration. This includes staying abreast of advancements in LLM architectures, natural language processing, and other relevant AI fields.
• You will be the champion for the user experience within the agent ecosystem. This means conducting user research, analyzing feedback, and iterating on features to ensure the tools are intuitive, effective, and meet the evolving needs of our professional user base. Your insights will directly influence the product roadmap and feature prioritization.
• Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications, ensuring a smooth and efficient development process. You will participate in agile development cycles, providing clear direction and timely feedback to the engineering team.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in LLM Agent architectures and API Platform products, with proficiency in defining JSON Schemas and OpenAPI specifications.
• Strong ability to define "Ground Truth" and build quantifiable evaluation frameworks, including experience creating "Golden Datasets" and analyzing production logs.
• Deep expertise in independently iterating context management strategies and tool descriptions to drive model outputs to SOTA levels.
• Professional English proficiency for semantic precision in high-level prompt engineering.
• Experience transforming abstract business logic into standardized, executable AI tools.
