- • Distro, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Bilingual Sales Agent to join our vibrant team in Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while contributing significantly to our commercial success. As a key player in our sales and customer service department, you will be instrumental in managing the entire sales cycle, from initial customer contact and needs assessment through to closing deals and ensuring seamless reservation management. Your primary focus will be on handling inbound calls, providing exceptional customer experiences, and driving revenue growth.
- • In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our potential clients, responsible for fielding inbound calls with professionalism and clarity. You will be expected to deeply understand our diverse range of products and services, offering accurate and helpful guidance to callers. This involves actively listening to customer inquiries, discerning their unique needs and challenges, and then skillfully proposing tailored solutions that align with our offerings and their specific requirements. Your ability to build rapport and trust quickly will be crucial in guiding customers towards making informed purchasing decisions.
- • A significant part of your responsibility will involve the proactive management of the sales pipeline. This includes the meticulous preparation and timely dispatch of quotations, ensuring all details are accurate and competitive. Following up on these quotations will be a critical task, requiring persistence, excellent communication, and negotiation skills to convert leads into loyal customers.
