Agentic Architect

📋 Description

• • The Agentic Architect is the strategic and architectural lead on AI engagements within Caylent’s Anthropic Business Unit, responsible for shaping AI strategy, designing operating models, mapping AI outcomes to business value, and guiding executive stakeholders through adoption—paired with a Forward Deployed Engineer who handles implementation.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning AI engagements end-to-end from discovery through executive handoff, running structured stakeholder interviews across engineering, product, and business teams, designing AI operating models and outcome maps tied to measurable business results, leading executive workshops and presentations to C-suite and engineering leaders, directing FDE work on Claude Code tooling and prompt architecture, identifying expansion opportunities across lines of business, building long-term executive relationships, contributing reusable frameworks back to the practice, and attending on-site Catalyst blocks for final readouts and workshops.

• • In this role, you will shape the methodology of AI-DLC enablement from the ground floor of a well-resourced, early-stage business unit, gain proximity to PE portfolio companies and enterprise clients at the frontier of AI adoption, earn revenue upside through account expansion, advance based on delivery performance and growth (not hours), and deepen expertise in AI strategy, executive advisory, and cross-functional leadership while using AI-native workflows like Specification-First Engineering.
