- • In 2026, our SDR organization is strategically focused on generating pipeline for NICE’s cutting-edge AI-first solutions, with a significant emphasis on Cognigy, a recognized European leader in Conversational and Generative AI.
- • As the initial point of contact for prospective customers, you will introduce NICE’s transformative AI-powered technologies, diligently uncover their unique business needs, and expertly book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives (AEs).
- • This role offers a dynamic blend of inbound lead follow-up and strategic outbound prospecting, requiring you to research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and craft compelling, personalized outreach that opens doors and creates genuine sales opportunities.
- • You will develop deep expertise in the DACH market, design and implement tailored engagement strategies, and shape the crucial early-stage conversations that convert into tangible sales pipeline.

- • Your primary mission will be to drive high-quality pipeline for NICE’s comprehensive AI-first product suite, with a particular focus on the advanced capabilities of Cognigy in conversational and generative AI.
- • You will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and engaging key decision-makers within target organizations through a multi-touch outreach strategy, leveraging channels such as email, phone, social media, and video.
- • Execute a balanced approach to both strategic outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification to maximize pipeline generation and ensure consistent business development.
- • Develop a profound understanding of customer pain points and effectively articulate how the combined power of NICE and Cognigy delivers measurable business value and solves critical challenges.
- • Build and nurture high-quality discovery opportunities for Account Executives, ensuring a smooth, informed, and collaborative handoff process to facilitate successful deal progression.
- • Meticulously document all activities, insights, and interactions within Salesforce, maintaining data integrity and providing valuable feedback for sales and marketing strategies.
- • Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance goals, including targets for discovery calls booked, qualified opportunities generated, and outbound activity metrics.

🎯 Requirements
- • Fluent German and strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
- • Strong curiosity and the ability to uncover real needs through effective discovery questioning.
- • Proactive, self-motivated, and organized with excellent time-management skills.
- • Comfortable using CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- • Driven by results, eager to grow, and excited about working in an AI-driven sales environment.
- • Experience with Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting tools is advantageous.
- • Interest in or exposure to Conversational AI, automation, or CX technology is beneficial.
- • Prior SDR, BDR, inside sales, or prospecting experience in SaaS or technology is a plus.
