- • **Be the First Point of Contact for Innovation:** As an SDR, you will be the initial gateway for potential customers, introducing them to NICE's transformative AI-powered technologies. Your primary mission will be to engage prospects, deeply understand their unique business challenges and needs, and expertly qualify them to book crucial discovery calls for our Account Executives (AEs).
- • **Master a Hybrid Approach to Prospecting:** Your role will involve a strategic blend of inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound prospecting. You will meticulously research target accounts, identify key decision-makers and influencers, and craft compelling, personalized outreach campaigns across multiple channels including email, phone, and social media. The goal is to open doors, build rapport, and create genuine, high-value sales opportunities.
- • **Become a DACH Market and AI Expert:** You will develop a deep understanding of the DACH market landscape, its specific business needs, and how NICE's AI solutions, particularly Cognigy's conversational and generative AI capabilities, can deliver significant, measurable value. You will hone your ability to articulate complex technical concepts into clear business benefits, shaping early-stage conversations that lead to tangible pipeline growth.
- • **Drive Pipeline for Industry-Leading AI:** In 2026, our SDR organization is strategically focused on generating pipeline for NICE’s AI-first product suite. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of Cognigy, a platform that is redefining customer engagement through intelligent automation. You will be instrumental in connecting businesses with solutions that enhance efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and drive significant ROI.
- • **Collaborate and Conquer:** You will work closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless and informed handover of qualified leads, providing them with comprehensive insights gathered during your interactions. Furthermore, you will collaborate with Marketing teams to refine targeting strategies and with regional stakeholders to optimize outreach efforts, fostering a cohesive and effective sales ecosystem.
- • **Leverage AI-Enhanced Tools:** You will utilize AI-powered prospecting tools to enhance your efficiency, personalize your outreach, and maximize the impact of your efforts. This role offers a chance to work with and learn from the very technologies you are selling.
