- • As an Agentic Operator in Growth Marketing, you will own demand generation for Close across paid, content, and channel strategies, leveraging AI to amplify impact in a lean, high-velocity environment.
- • Day to day, you will evaluate and build high-potential growth channels (SEO, YouTube, social, paid, partnerships), use AI to automate content production and distribution, partner with product and content teams to drive conversion, and measure outcomes through trials and paid subscriptions.
- • Close is a product-led, AI-forward B2B SaaS company with a loyal customer base and strong content, operating with a lean team where scrappy, systems-driven growth is essential to compete.
- • You will learn to build compounding growth systems, master AI-leveraged workflows, and drive end-to-end funnel outcomes—turning traffic into revenue while shaping Close’s next phase of scalable demand generation.
