📋 Description
- • Own day-to-day execution and optimization of paid social campaigns across TikTok and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) platforms to drive efficient customer acquisition for a consumer fintech platform.
- • Manage allocated budgets, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies to achieve specific acquisition goals tied to CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate targets.
- • Design and execute high-volume creative testing programs in close partnership with Social and Creative teams, rapidly iterating on ad variations to identify top-performing assets.
- • Analyze campaign performance data daily, making decisive decisions to scale winning campaigns and pause or optimize underperforming ads to maximize return on spend.
- • Collaborate with Operations, Analytics, and Growth teams to strengthen tracking infrastructure, improve attribution models, and align paid social efforts with full-funnel customer journey metrics.
- • Develop and implement AI-native strategies for ad testing, audience segmentation, and campaign automation to enhance efficiency and scalability of paid social channels.
- • Translate insights from performance data into actionable, scalable growth strategies that drive measurable increases in user acquisition volume and efficiency.
- • Work cross-functionally with product, analytics, and creative stakeholders to ensure alignment on messaging, user targeting, and conversion funnel optimization.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving platform algorithms, ad formats, and policy changes on TikTok and Meta to ensure campaign compliance and effectiveness.
- • Proactively identify new opportunities for growth within paid social ecosystems and propose data-backed initiatives to expand channel performance beyond current benchmarks.
- • Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, regulatory standards for financial services marketing, and platform advertising policies.
- • Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to leadership with clarity, using data to justify scaling decisions and budget reallocations.
- • Drive a culture of experimentation, accountability, and speed, consistently pushing to improve efficiency and output in a fast-moving fintech environment.
- • Balance high-volume campaign management with strategic planning, prioritizing initiatives that deliver the highest incremental growth with minimal waste.
- • Utilize analytics tools and platforms to monitor KPIs in real time, respond to performance shifts within hours, and maintain consistent optimization cadence.
