- • Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline for sales, including webinars, lead magnets, co-marketing programs, and event activations.
- • Plan, promote, and host 10+ webinars annually, managing speaker coordination, promotion, registration, and post-event nurture sequences to drive measurable net-new pipeline.
- • Create and distribute high-value lead magnets (guides, benchmark reports, research pieces) tailored to compliance leaders, heads of payments, and product teams at financial institutions and fintechs launching digital asset products.
- • Write compelling, professional content including blog posts, case studies, and customer stories that build credibility with institutional buyers and drive inbound lead volume.
- • Coordinate and execute partner and customer co-marketing initiatives, delivering at least 3 joint activations per month such as co-branded content, cross-promotions, and joint webinars.
- • Support event marketing by planning and managing Notabene’s presence at industry conferences, side events, and community gatherings.
- • Maintain and update sales enablement materials — including one-pagers, slide decks, and battle cards — ensuring they reflect current messaging and effectively support the GTM team’s outreach.
- • Manage marketing performance reporting and attribution in HubSpot, working closely with RevOps to improve measurement clarity and link campaigns directly to pipeline generation.
- • Adapt templated design assets for campaigns, social media, and events using Canva or Figma, reducing dependency on design teams and accelerating content production.
- • Manage external vendors across SEO, performance marketing, graphic design, and web development, ensuring timelines, budgets, and briefs are met.
- • Build and optimize marketing automation workflows in HubSpot, including list segmentation, lead scoring, and campaign-triggered nurturing sequences.
- • Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate content drafting, data analysis, and workflow automation while maintaining human oversight for quality and brand alignment.
- • Analyze campaign performance data to identify what’s working, adjust strategy accordingly, and communicate insights clearly to leadership and sales teams.
- • Stay current with fintech and regulatory trends to ensure marketing messaging remains relevant, accurate, and authoritative within the digital assets space.
- • Collaborate with the Head of Growth Marketing and VP of Marketing to align tactics with broader growth goals and ensure consistent brand voice across channels.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven ability to write clean, professional marketing copy for blogs, emails, landing pages, and sales materials without heavy editing
- • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms, including building workflows, segmenting lists, and generating performance reports
- • Comfort with basic design tasks using Canva or Figma to adapt templates and produce quick social or campaign assets
- • Understanding of marketing attribution and ability to interpret imperfect data to guide campaign decisions
- • Experience working autonomously in small teams, owning outcomes rather than just assigned tasks
- • Willingness to use AI tools responsibly to increase efficiency while maintaining quality and brand integrity
