- • As a Senior Solution Engineer at Netomi AI Inc., you will serve as a critical technical leader bridging pre-sales engineering, AI architecture, and product innovation to design and implement agentic workflows that power real-world enterprise solutions for global brands such as Delta Airlines, MetLife, MGM, and United. Your work will directly enable AI agents to engage, reason, and act autonomously within complex customer ecosystems, driving measurable improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency, and cost savings for Fortune 500 clients.
- • You will collaborate closely with enterprise clients to understand their unique customer experience challenges, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and architect scalable agentic AI solutions using Netomi’s no-code platform. This includes designing multi-step workflows, integrating with CRM and backend systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, SAP), configuring AI agent behaviors, and validating end-to-end performance through rigorous testing and pilot deployments.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading technical discovery workshops with stakeholders, building proof-of-concept demonstrations, creating solution architecture diagrams, conducting technical deep dives during sales cycles, and providing hands-on support during implementation and optimization phases. You will also partner with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback, influence product roadmap priorities, and ensure seamless handoff post-sale.
- • You will work within a high-impact, fast-paced team of solution engineers, AI specialists, and customer success professionals who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of agentic AI in enterprise settings. The team operates with a startup mentality backed by strong venture capital support from WndrCo, Y Combinator, and Index Ventures, fostering innovation, ownership, and rapid iteration.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise AI architecture, conversational design, and integration patterns while gaining exposure to cutting-edge agentic AI technologies. You will have the opportunity to shape how global brands automate customer interactions at scale, develop thought leadership in AI-driven CX, and grow into a trusted advisor role for C-suite stakeholders seeking to transform their customer service operations through intelligent automation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred
- • 5+ years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales technical consulting, or enterprise software implementation, preferably in AI, SaaS, or customer experience domains
- • Proven ability to design and deploy complex workflows involving API integrations, data mapping, and system orchestration across platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, or SAP
- • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, natural language processing (NLP), and conversational AI principles; hands-on experience with AI agent configuration or prompt engineering is a plus
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives
- • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments; familiarity with startup dynamics and agile methodologies
