- • As Sr Manager Sales Training at DexCom, Inc., you will lead a regional field sales training team focused on coaching sales representatives to improve performance using the Dexcom selling model, sales operations, marketing, and clinical education materials.
- • You will collaborate with VP sales, regional sales directors, and key business partners including marketing, market access, and sales operations to provide field insights that drive strategy and direction.
- • You will be responsible for establishing the annual regional field training strategy and metrics based on business needs communicated by sales leadership and partners.
- • You will work closely with Sr. Managers of Instructional Design & Development, Corporate Sales Training, and Global Sales Training to develop and execute sales training strategy for new hire onboarding, ongoing training, and continuous learning programs.
- • You will demonstrate leadership, sales training & development, and technical skills to manage multiple training programs for new hires, active sales teams, and national sales meetings.
- • You will thrive in a fast-paced, heavily matrixed organization, requiring flexibility including potential weekend/evening work and 25-50% travel.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree with 13 years of industry experience
- • 5-8 years of prior leadership experience preferred
- • Proven success in a fast-paced, heavily matrixed organization in life-science, sales, and/or training & development
- • Diabetes disease state background and field sales leadership experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales preferred
- • Strong communication skills to collaborate with VP – Sales and Regional Sales Directors
- • Fluency in English with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
