  • • As a Dealer Account Manager at AutoNation Finance, you will serve as the primary point of contact for dealerships in Southern California, playing a critical role in supporting auto lending operations and strengthening relationships that drive quality receivables and long-term partnerships.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and strengthening dealer support, fostering relationships with dealership personnel (General Managers, Finance Managers, Sales, and Business Office), providing ongoing education and guidance, supporting the funding process as a liaison between AutoNation Finance and dealerships, and driving individual and dealership performance by achieving key metrics like unit goals and deal volume.
  • • You will join AutoNation Finance, a specialized team within AutoNation, Inc., one of the largest automotive retailers in the U.S., dedicated to helping dealerships and consumers finance vehicle purchases through long-term relationships and quality receivables generation.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in automotive finance, deepen your relationship-building and consultative sales skills, gain experience in performance-driven environments, and contribute to meaningful initiatives like the DRVPNK mission, which has raised over $40 million for cancer research and treatment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3 years of sales experience in the automotive industry
  • • Proven ability to build strong relationships
  • • Working knowledge of MS Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams)
  • • Confident, professional presentation skills
  • • High energy and a positive, “can do” attitude
  • • Results-focused with a competitive drive
