- • As an Account Executive for SMB at Front Careers LLC, you will own the full sales cycle for very small business customers, driving revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating value, negotiating, and closing deals in a high-velocity environment. This role is critical to Front’s expansion into LATAM, where you’ll serve as a one-person-army AE helping SMBs leverage Front’s customer operations platform to scale without losing connection.
- • Day to day, you will conduct outbound prospecting and follow up on inbound leads, run efficient discovery calls to uncover customer pain and urgency, deliver tailored product demos for small teams, collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, and Sales Leadership, maintain accurate pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, generate self-sourced pipeline, and develop deep expertise in Front’s SMB use cases and competitive positioning.
- • You’ll join a high-growth, AI-powered SaaS company backed by Sequoia Capital and Salesforce Ventures, with over $204M in funding and recognition as a Great Place to Work, including awards from Built In, USA Today, Fortune, Inc., and Forbes. Front serves over 9,000 companies like Uber Freight, Navan, and Stripe, and is expanding its sales team in Santiago, Chile to capture LATAM SMB opportunities.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced full-cycle sales skills in a fast-paced B2B environment, master consultative selling to founders and owner-operators, become proficient in Salesforce CRM and sales forecasting, and gain experience selling an innovative AI SaaS platform at scale—positioning you for rapid career growth in sales leadership or enterprise account management.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of experience in a full-cycle B2B sales role (software or technology preferred)
- • Experience selling to very small businesses, founders, or owner-operators in a high-velocity environment
- • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain value simply and clearly
- • Proven ability to build and manage pipeline while juggling multiple deals at once
- • Consistent overachievement against sales targets
