- • At NICE Ltd., we are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Product Manager to lead our Agentic Voice product domain. This is a pivotal role where you will shape the future of our conversational AI capabilities, specifically focusing on voice-enabled interactions. You will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the strategy and execution of next-generation voice solutions that integrate seamlessly with real-time voice infrastructure and robust enterprise-grade platform architecture.
- • As the owner of the Agentic Voice domain, your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of critical components. This includes managing telephony integrations, ensuring seamless SIP and carrier connectivity, overseeing real-time media streaming, orchestrating Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) services, optimizing for low latency, and defining voice-native agent behaviors. You will be instrumental in translating complex voice network constraints and advanced AI capabilities into scalable, reliable, and high-impact product outcomes that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, customer-facing teams (solution engineering, customer success), and go-to-market partners. Your role will be to clearly define what we build, articulate the 'why' behind each product decision, and establish the key metrics for measuring success in voice-first enterprise environments. This requires a deep understanding of both the technical intricacies of voice systems and the strategic application of AI-driven speech technologies.
- • Your day-to-day will involve owning the entire product lifecycle for the Agentic Voice product area, from initial problem definition and discovery through to launch, iteration, and continuous improvement. This includes:
- • Defining and driving the overarching voice product strategy, with a keen focus on telephony infrastructure, SIP integrations, voice gateways, media handling, STT/TTS provider selection and integration, and real-time orchestration.
- • Partnering closely with engineering teams to design and implement resilient, low-latency, carrier-grade voice architectures that can scale to meet enterprise demands.
- • Shaping product direction by synthesizing market insights, direct customer feedback, call analytics, usage data, and an understanding of platform constraints into actionable recommendations and clear prioritization.
- • Evaluating, selecting, and integrating best-in-class voice technology providers, including STT, TTS, Voice Activity Detection (VAD), and media streaming solutions.
- • Owning critical technical decisions related to latency optimization, audio quality, system scalability, failover mechanisms, and compliance within enterprise voice environments.
- • Building prototypes and validating new voice experiences using modern AI and speech tooling to test hypotheses and gather user feedback.
- • Driving cross-functional alignment across engineering, solution engineering, sales, and customer success to ensure the successful adoption and effective utilization of our voice capabilities.
- • Defining and tracking key success metrics such as call quality, latency, containment rates, agent handover performance, and overall infrastructure reliability.
- • Translating complex technical trade-offs, such as the choice between streaming vs. batch STT or SIP vs. CPaaS approaches, into clear, well-reasoned product decisions.
- • Continuously improving the Agentic Voice experience through data-driven experimentation, rigorous measurement, and iterative development cycles.
- • We are looking for a Product Manager with strong technical fluency and a proven track record of delivering impactful outcomes in SaaS, AI, or platform-centric environments. You should be hands-on, stay current with the latest AI tooling, and possess the ability to build prototypes. Navigating ambiguity, structuring complex problems, and moving from concept to execution while maintaining a sharp focus on customer value are essential. You must be comfortable discussing system constraints and architectural trade-offs with engineers and possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with non-technical stakeholders. A pragmatic approach to prioritization and product decisions, balancing speed with quality, is key. You should be a natural collaborator who elevates the team through ownership, clarity, and consistent follow-through.
- • Preferred experience includes working on conversational AI, LLM-enabled products, automation platforms, or similar technical products. Familiarity with enterprise product requirements, including scalability, security, and adoption considerations, is highly desirable. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with international, distributed teams and demonstrating how your work influenced both product quality and business outcomes will set you apart.
