Agile Project Manager

📋 Description

• • As an Agile Project Manager at DeepIntent Inc., you will drive the day-to-day execution rhythm for one or more delivery teams, ensuring clarity, structure, and flow across all Agile ceremonies while maintaining strong backlog hygiene and supporting teams in delivering predictable, high-quality outcomes.
• • You will own and facilitate team-level Agile ceremonies including refinement, planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives; ensure stories meet high-quality bars; maintain backlog hygiene; track sprint commitments; highlight potential delivery risks; and proactively surface blockers to support teams in strengthening estimation discipline and iterative progress.
• • You will partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to ensure requirements are complete, clear, and implementation-ready; help teams understand priorities, upcoming roadmap items, and cross-team dependencies; and coordinate with other APMs/Sr PMs to align timelines, track inter-team handoffs, and resolve workflow friction.
• • You will ensure accurate capitalization tagging, Jira hygiene, and compliance with process standards; maintain documentation best practices in Confluence; uphold delivery operating model guidelines; generate operational reports on team velocity, burndown/burnup, throughput, and sprint summaries; provide concise status updates; and support trend analysis to improve predictability and remove recurring blockers.
• • You will use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Jira automation) to streamline repetitive operational steps; help identify opportunities for automation within ceremonies, reporting, and Jira workflows; and contribute inputs to the broader Agentic Framework being developed by the Project Management team.
