📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day management and coordination of a large-scale agile software program supporting the GrantSolutions contract.
• Oversee multiple workstreams across the full application development lifecycle, including UX/UI design, UAT, training, and deployment activities.
• Manage project financials including monthly cost projections, Estimate at Completion (EAC), and Estimate to Complete (ETC).
• Establish and monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status reports for executive leadership and Federal stakeholders.
• Maintain project artifacts such as risk registers, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards, agile best practices, and governance requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project activities across 2+ Scrum teams.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Technical Leads to ensure delivery success.
• Foster strong working relationships across internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to support program success.
• Proactively identify and remove impediments in highly regulated, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Apply core project management disciplines including prioritization, team formation, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams.
• Demonstrate leadership grounded in coaching, mentorship, and team empowerment.
• Maintain strong communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels in both written and verbal formats.
• Balance urgency with long-term sustainability and program health while promoting a continuous improvement mindset.
• Utilize Microsoft Project or similar project management tools to track and report on project progress.
• Support business process and workflow automation initiatives as part of project delivery.
• Operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments with minimal supervision.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance prior to onboarding
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience supporting Agile software development programs
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects or complex technology initiatives
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from planning through post-production support
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar project management tools
