AI and Automation Lead (Remote)

📋 Description

• • As the AI and Automation Lead at Myriad360 LLC, you will be the primary technical owner and builder of AI and automation-powered solutions across the company, reporting directly to the CIO of a mid-sized IT value-added reseller. This role is critical to reducing friction, improving quality, and accelerating operations by transforming business pain points into scalable, production-ready AI and automation systems.
• • Day to day, you will partner with department heads and frontline managers to identify high-impact opportunities, design and implement GPTs, build agents and copilots, architect retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, develop the company’s MCP service, and integrate solutions with core systems using Microsoft Power Platform, ChatGPT Enterprise, StackAI, and Zapier. You will also lead user acceptance testing, collaborate with third-party vendors, provide technical input on work prioritization, and ensure security compliance through monitoring, observability, and risk escalation.
