  • • As a Lead Sales Engineer at Nightfall AI, you will be instrumental in driving the technical success of our sales engagements, focusing on the East Coast territory. This pivotal role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic understanding of cybersecurity challenges, particularly in the realm of data loss prevention (DLP) and insider risk management.
  • • You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the intricacies of Nightfall's AI-native platform. Your core responsibility will be to deeply understand each prospect's unique business objectives and technical requirements, translating these needs into compelling Nightfall solutions.
  • • Collaborating closely with Account Executives, you will be involved in every stage of the sales cycle. This includes conducting engaging product demonstrations, delivering persuasive technical presentations, and architecting solutions that directly address prospect pain points and security concerns.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to conduct thorough assessments of prospect environments, identifying potential data risks and demonstrating how Nightfall's capabilities can effectively mitigate these threats. This involves implementing and managing Proof-of-Value (PoV) assessments, showcasing the tangible benefits and ROI of our platform in real-world scenarios.
  • • You will be expected to articulate the significant value Nightfall brings to organizations, highlighting how our platform can transform their data security posture, especially in the context of evolving AI and GenAI technologies.
  • • Beyond initial sales, you will foster and maintain strong technical relationships with prospects and partners, ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction with Nightfall. This involves staying abreast of their evolving needs and providing ongoing technical guidance.
  • • A crucial part of your contribution will be to act as the voice of the customer within Nightfall. You will meticulously gather and relay product feedback, feature requests, and market insights to our Product, Engineering, and Support teams, directly influencing the future development of our platform.
  • • You will represent Nightfall AI at industry-specific trade shows and events, delivering impactful product presentations and engaging with potential customers and partners, thereby enhancing our brand presence and market reach.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for technical innovation and solution enhancement, ensuring Nightfall remains at the forefront of data security technology.
  • • You will leverage your understanding of full-stack development and software architecture patterns to explain how Nightfall integrates seamlessly with diverse technology stacks and existing security infrastructures.
  • • Your expertise will be vital in demonstrating how Nightfall's agentic platform and automated remediation capabilities can put data loss prevention on autopilot, freeing up security teams to focus on strategic initiatives.
  • • You will also play a role in educating prospects on the importance of AI security and how Nightfall addresses the unique risks associated with the adoption of GenAI tools.
  • • The ability to clearly and concisely explain complex technical concepts to both highly technical security professionals and less technical business stakeholders will be paramount to your success.
