📋 Description

• As an AI Automation & Agents Coach at Leland Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in empowering professionals across industries to harness the transformative power of artificial intelligence by guiding them in designing, building, and deploying AI-driven workflows and agent-based systems that enhance productivity and innovation in real-world business contexts.
• Your expertise will directly contribute to Leland’s mission of democratizing access to high-impact expertise, enabling individuals to achieve ambitious career and educational goals through practical, hands-on coaching in one of the most in-demand technological domains today.
• Day to day, you will conduct virtual one-on-one and group coaching sessions with professionals seeking to apply AI automation and agent technologies in their work, tailoring guidance to diverse skill levels and industry contexts including healthcare, finance, marketing, operations, and technology.
• You will help mentees identify automation opportunities within their current workflows, design step-by-step AI agent architectures using tools like LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar frameworks, and implement solutions that integrate with existing software such as CRMs, ERPs, or productivity suites.
• You will guide learners through the full lifecycle of AI agent development—from prompt engineering and tool integration to testing, deployment, and monitoring—ensuring they build systems that are not only functional but also reliable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
• You will provide feedback on real-world projects, review code or workflow designs, suggest improvements based on industry best practices, and help mentees troubleshoot challenges related to data quality, model selection, API integration, or change management within teams.
• You will stay current with emerging trends in AI automation, including multi-agent systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI orchestration platforms, and incorporate relevant advancements into your coaching methodology to ensure learners receive cutting-edge, future-ready guidance.
• You will collaborate with Leland’s product and coaching teams to refine coaching materials, contribute to curriculum development, and share insights that help shape the platform’s educational offerings in AI and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI automation workflows and agent-based systems in real business or product environments, including integration with APIs, databases, or enterprise software.
• Proficiency in AI agent development frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, LlamaIndex, or similar tools, with practical experience in prompt engineering, tool use, memory systems, and multi-agent coordination.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities, with experience teaching technical concepts to non-technical or mixed-audience learners in virtual settings, including the ability to adapt explanations to varying skill levels.
