- • The AI & Automation Engineer role at CSG Systems International combines software engineering expertise with hands-on experience in modern AI platforms to build intelligent automation solutions that drive business value.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building, configuring, and optimizing AI agents across Glean, Microsoft Copilot, and AWS Bedrock; implementing RAG patterns and prompt engineering; integrating enterprise data sources like SharePoint, Dynamics, and Confluence into AI solutions; developing reusable components, APIs, and automation modules; writing clean code in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or C#; designing microservices and serverless functions; building automations using Power Automate and custom APIs; and following engineering best practices such as CI/CD, version control, unit testing, and documentation.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- • 3–5 years of experience in software engineering, automation development, or AI engineering
- • Hands-on experience with at least two enterprise AI platforms: Glean AI, Microsoft Copilot, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent LLM frameworks
- • Strong programming skills in one or more modern languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Java, Go, etc.)
- • Experience building APIs, integrating data sources, and working with cloud services (Azure, AWS)
- • Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices
