- • This role is integral to the success of our commercial teams, providing essential pre- and post-sales technical expertise. You will be the go-to person for up-to-date technical knowledge, deeply understanding how our products are architected, how they function, and how they can be best leveraged by our clients.
- • Your primary objective will be to empower the sales team, significantly enhancing their sales performance and productivity. By proactively addressing technical queries and demonstrating the clear value proposition of our solutions, you will help reduce friction in the customer buying journey, fostering trust and accelerating deal closures.
- • You will collaborate closely with the sales force to meticulously ensure that our solutions precisely align with and effectively address the unique needs and challenges of each customer. This involves a deep dive into client requirements and mapping them to the capabilities of Exclaimer's product suite.
- • A key aspect of your role will be supporting the advancement of revenue opportunities across our entire portfolio of solutions. This encompasses both nurturing relationships with existing customers and engaging prospective new clients, driving adoption and expansion of our offerings.
- • You will be instrumental in modelling the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity. This requires a strong understanding of the commercial implications of technical solutions and the ability to articulate the return on investment to stakeholders.
- • Maintaining an exceptionally high level of technical proficiency in Exclaimer's products is paramount. You will be responsible for ensuring this knowledge is not only kept current but also effectively communicated and disseminated to the sales teams, equipping them with the confidence and expertise to engage clients.
- • Engage directly with customers and internal engineering teams to thoroughly assess implementation needs and define precise system requirements. This consultative approach ensures that solutions are tailored for success from the outset.
- • Develop and deliver compelling, custom demonstrations of Exclaimer's products, showcasing their features and benefits in a way that resonates with customer needs. You will also be responsible for providing technically sound and comprehensive responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs).
- • Prepare and deliver impactful technical presentations, clearly explaining our products and services to both existing and prospective customers. These presentations will be crucial in articulating technical advantages and business value.
- • You will act as a technical advisor, supporting the commercial teams with a wide range of pre- and post-sales queries. This includes providing in-depth technical knowledge regarding the architecture and operational intricacies of our products.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our product offerings by providing valuable feedback from customer interactions and market insights to the product development teams, influencing future roadmaps.
