Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own and grow a high-net-worth client book while shaping the future of wealth-tech. You will manage every aspect of the client lifecycle—from first discovery meeting through multi-generational estate planning—leveraging Savvy’s AI-driven platform to deliver advice that is faster, deeper, and more personalized than traditional firms allow.
- • Source, qualify, and close new relationships worth $1 M+ in investable assets by combining your proven rainmaking skills with Savvy’s automated marketing engine, warm referral network, and data-rich prospecting tools. Expect to add $50–100 M in new AUM within your first 24 months.
- • Translate complex balance sheets, equity compensation packages, and liquidity events into clear, actionable strategies covering portfolio construction, tax optimization, retirement cash-flow modeling, concentrated-stock risk management, charitable vehicles, trust & estate structures, and insurance gaps.
- • Serve as the voice of the advisor inside Savvy’s product sprints. You will demo early features, file detailed bug reports, prioritize roadmap items, and sit shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers to ensure every release solves real pain points you face in client meetings.
- • Act as a due-diligence partner to the M&A team by evaluating external advisor practices for cultural fit, asset quality, and transition risk. You will run discovery calls, model pro-forma economics, and craft integration plans that protect client experience while accelerating asset lift-out.
- • Mentor junior advisors and client-service associates through live case reviews, weekly office hours, and documented playbooks. Your coaching will raise the firm-wide standard for financial-planning rigor and client communication excellence.
- • Coordinate an elite network of external CPAs, estate attorneys, insurance specialists, and lending partners. You will quarterback deliverables, negotiate fee transparency, and ensure every recommendation aligns with the client’s holistic plan and Savvy’s fiduciary ethos.
- • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene and leverage Savvy’s automated workflows to reduce administrative drag. The goal: spend 70 % of your week in front of clients or prospects and less than 10 % on manual data entry or report formatting.
- • Represent Savvy at industry conferences, private-bank roundtables, and fintech panels, positioning the firm as the definitive next-generation destination for top advisors and affluent clients alike.
- • Continuously refine your own technical edge by piloting new planning modules (e.g., direct-indexing optimizers, crypto-tax calculators, private-market allocation tools) and feeding insights back into the product loop.
