- • You will be responsible for the troubleshooting and maintenance of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and various field devices, all while adhering to strict change control protocols.
- • Proactively perform preventative maintenance procedures on critical systems and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
- • Conduct thorough network troubleshooting and database diagnostics, implementing necessary repairs and programming adjustments.
- • Ensure adherence to PLC specifications, design standards, programming best practices, and successful implementation verification.
- • Uphold and implement Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) procedures, including rigorous testing protocols.
- • Provide comprehensive system support for a suite of vital Operational Technology systems.
- • This includes supporting the Enterprise Quality Management System (TrackWise), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems (SAP), and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Adept and MasterControl.
- • You will contribute to the seamless integration and operation of these enterprise-level systems within the manufacturing workflow.
- • Engage in other assigned duties that contribute to the overall success of the OT department and the company's mission.
