📋 Description

• As a Senior Solutions Architect at Harvey AI, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the product team with client-facing teams to drive technical understanding and adoption of Harvey’s enterprise-grade AI platform.
• You will collaborate with Go To Market and Customer Success teams to articulate technical capabilities, address customer inquiries on security, architecture, and AI integration, and lead the configuration of customer accounts including SSO and authentication mechanisms.
• You will work directly with customers to design tailored solutions, ensure successful deployment, and identify upsell opportunities around additional SKUs and API offerings.
• You will serve as a technical advisor during the sales process, translating complex technical concepts into clear value propositions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You will partner with the product team to provide field insights that inform future product development, ensuring the platform evolves to meet real-world customer needs.
• You will operate in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where ownership, curiosity, and cross-functional collaboration are valued, helping to scale a generational AI company serving 1000+ customers across 60+ countries.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working with enterprise customers, including navigating complex buying cycles and aligning with multiple stakeholders across legal, IT, and executive teams
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to explain LLM behavior, security architecture, and API integrations to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent communication skills with a talent for translating customer needs into actionable insights for internal teams like Product and Engineering
• Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and champion customer outcomes in fast-changing environments
• Collaborative, low-ego mindset with a passion for cross-functional engagement and unblocking teammates
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks, legal tech, or high-trust, high-compliance environments (preferred)
