📋 Description

• Lead Instructor for Software Development responsible for delivering high-quality live virtual instruction to diverse cohorts of 100 to 8,000+ learners, focusing on technical content in AI, data analytics, and software engineering.
• Prepare and lead synchronous online lectures three times per week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, 19:00–21:30 AEST) from June 6 to November 16, 2026, managing Q&A, chat flow, class energy, and engagement dynamics.
• Collaborate with Correlation One operations personnel to ensure smooth program delivery, contribute to lesson design and curriculum improvement, and adapt to weekday/weekend scheduling needs.
• Foster an engaging, inclusive learning environment through professionalism, empathy, dynamic presence, and a fun, charismatic teaching style that makes complex topics accessible to beginners.
• Contribute to course improvement by providing transparent feedback and supporting the mission to close skills gaps in AI, data, and operations leadership for Fortune 500 companies, governments, and leading employers.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and Linux as part of full-stack technical expertise.
• Mastery of Red/Green TDD and Git/GitHub workflows (branching, PRs, Actions).
• Experience with Gemini CLI and Google AI Studio for AI-assisted coding.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Cloudflare, and Google Cloud Run.
• Comfortable leading gamified missions/simulations (e.g., system outages, Bank Heist challenges) and conducting oral defenses of student code.
• GitHub Foundations (GH-900) and/or OpenEDG JS Institute — JSE certification is an asset.
