📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions to support Sales, Service, and Marketing operations across global business units.
• Administer the Salesforce platform including user management, security profiles, permission sets, roles, and organizational settings to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
• Architect and implement complex automation workflows using Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort.
• Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages to extend Salesforce functionality and integrate with external enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other platforms including NetSuite, .NET applications, and third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across Salesforce and integrated systems, providing timely support during business-critical outages.
• Participate in an after-hours and on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 availability for mission-critical systems and incident response.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into technical specifications, and deliver solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Serve as a technical mentor to junior developers and administrators, providing guidance on best practices, code reviews, and platform standards.
• Maintain documentation for all Salesforce configurations, integrations, and custom developments to ensure knowledge transfer and audit readiness.
• Implement and enforce Salesforce governance policies including change management, version control, sandbox strategy, and release management processes.
• Optimize system performance by analyzing query efficiency, governor limits, and data volume impacts to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Support automated NetSuite billing processes by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving cross-system data synchronization and transactional errors.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to enhance customer engagement through personalized loyalty programs and real-time shopper insights delivered via Salesforce-based mobile applications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new Salesforce features, third-party apps, and platform updates to drive innovation and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL
• Proven experience administering large-scale Salesforce orgs with complex security models and integrations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules)
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems such as NetSuite, .NET applications, or ERP platforms via APIs
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours production support
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and lead technical initiatives
