Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Design and build production-grade products end-to-end, spanning consumer-facing applications, developer-facing technologies, and internal platform tooling using TypeScript as the core stack.
- • Develop high-performance back-end services and APIs that power on-chain applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and low-latency performance.
- • Create developer technologies including SDKs, CLIs, APIs, libraries, and starter kits to enable third-party builders to easily develop on the Somnia platform.
- • Build internal tooling and infrastructure that accelerates team velocity, improving deployment cycles, monitoring, and development workflows.
- • Own the full product lifecycle from rapid prototyping to production deployment, shifting between exploratory development and hardening features with tests, edge cases, and reliability improvements.
- • Work autonomously to identify gaps in the ecosystem or team needs, then propose and execute solutions that drive product forward without requiring explicit direction.
- • Collaborate with DevRel, Marketing, and Business Development teams to ensure technical outputs align with go-to-market strategies and user adoption goals.
- • Build polished, user-centric frontends with strong attention to UX and design quality, ensuring consumer apps meet high standards of usability and performance.
- • Leverage AI tools as multipliers to enhance productivity across coding, testing, documentation, and prototyping tasks.
- • Maintain a strong focus on Web3 and on-chain product principles, ensuring all builds are aligned with decentralized, trustless, and autonomous system design.
- • Contribute to the evolution of Somnia as the first hyperspeed L1 with native AI inference, shaping the foundation for next-generation decentralized applications like DEXs and Prediction Protocols.
- • Work in a remote, global environment with a team focused on building the future of Web3 protocols at scale, where individual impact directly influences the trajectory of the protocol.

- • Strong TypeScript proficiency across the full stack, including front-end and back-end development
- • Experience building production-ready frontends and high-performance back-end services with APIs and data layers
- • Genuine interest in crypto and on-chain products
- • Strong ownership and self-direction—ability to generate ideas and drive initiatives independently
- • Ability to rapidly prototype and then harden features with testing, edge cases, and reliability improvements
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary + token incentives
- • Remote work with a global team
- • Opportunity to build the first hyperspeed L1 with native AI inference
- • Influence a brand with a $1M+ launch budget targeting the 2026 market peak
