- • As a Senior Software Engineer on SHI International Corp.'s Customer Experience Development Team, you will help build a digital platform that integrates eCommerce with IT asset management, cloud environments, and SHI services, directly impacting how organizations leverage technology.
- • You will design, implement, and maintain scalable software using C#, ASP.NET Core, React, and SQL databases while owning the full software development lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring clean code, performance, and reliability.
- • You will collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to solve complex challenges, mentor teammates, enforce best practices, and contribute to architectural decisions in an Agile, CI/CD-driven environment.
- • You will leverage AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude to increase velocity, reduce toil, and maintain high engineering standards, while staying current with emerging technologies to improve the platform.
- • You will grow as a technical leader by guiding others, promoting team success, and shaping a culture of excellence in software quality, documentation, and innovation within a $16B global IT solutions provider committed to diversity and employee growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- • 5+ years of professional experience building modern web applications with C# and ASP.NET Core
- • Proficiency in using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) and integrating LLM-powered workflows into daily development
- • Experience with React or other modern JavaScript frameworks
- • Strong grasp of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture
- • Proven experience mentoring engineers and driving cross-team technical initiatives
