- • Serve as the primary architect of Cosuno’s AI-driven automation stack, designing and deploying end-to-end workflows that eliminate manual work across Finance, Sales, Ops, and Product teams using existing AI models and reasoning chains.
- • Partner directly with cross-functional teams to identify high-ROI automation opportunities by evaluating business impact against technical effort, ensuring solutions deliver measurable time savings and cost reductions.
- • Build and maintain an orchestration platform using n8n, vector databases, and API integrations to create a universal memory system that connects disparate data sources and enables seamless AI-driven decision-making across departments.
- • Design modular, reusable automation components that can be adapted and deployed across multiple teams without custom development for each request, preventing redundancy and maximizing efficiency gains.
- • Establish and enforce AI guardrails and governance protocols while empowering non-technical staff as AI champions to operate and extend automations independently within defined boundaries.
- • Define and monitor key success metrics including ROI, time saved, workflow reliability, and adoption rates to ensure continuous value delivery and iterative improvement of automation systems.
- • Collaborate closely with the CEO and CTO to align all automation initiatives with Cosuno’s core infrastructure, ensuring technical integrity, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- • Focus exclusively on applied AI — leveraging state-of-the-art LLMs, RAG architectures, and existing tools — rather than training proprietary models, prioritizing rapid deployment over theoretical perfection.
- • Act as a change agent by translating complex technical workflows into clear, accessible explanations for non-engineering stakeholders, driving adoption and reducing resistance to AI integration.
- • Operate with a product mindset, treating internal automations as customer-facing products: ruthlessly prioritize based on business value, ship functional solutions within weeks, and deprioritize perfectionism in favor of velocity and impact.
- • Identify systemic bottlenecks in company-wide data flows and build scalable, modular solutions that transform isolated manual processes into integrated, self-reinforcing digital workflows.
- • Block non-feasible or low-impact automation requests with commercial pragmatism, focusing energy only on initiatives with clear, quantifiable returns and alignment to Cosuno’s strategic goals.
- • Maintain and optimize automation performance over time by monitoring reliability, detecting failures, and iterating based on usage patterns and stakeholder feedback.
- • Contribute to building Cosuno’s digital nervous system for the construction industry by automating critical processes in tendering and procurement, directly enabling cost savings and efficiency for customers.

- • Proficient in Python, n8n, and API architecture
- • Hands-on experience with RAG and connecting LLMs to proprietary data sources
