• • As an AI Automation Engineer at Cosuno GmbH, you will be instrumental in driving significant efficiency gains across the organization by architecting and implementing cutting-edge AI-driven workflows. This role is pivotal in transforming how various departments operate, moving beyond manual processes to intelligent, automated solutions.
• • Your primary focus will be on leveraging existing state-of-the-art AI models and reasoning chains, rather than developing proprietary models from the ground up. This pragmatic approach ensures rapid deployment and immediate impact on business challenges.
• • You will act as the central expert for Cosuno’s automation stack, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, Operations, and Product. This partnership will involve identifying high-return-on-investment automation opportunities and meticulously evaluating them based on their potential business impact against the technical effort required for implementation.
• • A core responsibility will be the design, prototyping, and deployment of end-to-end AI workflows. This involves building and managing our orchestration stack, which may include tools like n8n and Vector Databases, and seamlessly connecting various endpoints via APIs to create a unified, intelligent memory for Cosuno.
• • A key objective is to ensure that all solutions are modular and reusable across different departments. This principle of modularity is crucial for avoiding redundant efforts and promoting a scalable, efficient automation platform that can adapt to evolving business needs.
• • You will play a vital role in establishing robust AI guardrails and governance frameworks. Simultaneously, you will empower AI champions within other departments, enabling them to effectively utilize and even contribute to the automation initiatives, fostering a culture of AI adoption.
• • Continuous monitoring and optimization of deployed automations are essential. You will define and track key success metrics, such as Return on Investment (ROI), time saved, and system reliability, to ensure that the automations consistently deliver tangible value and meet business objectives.
• • This role demands a "product" mindset, treating internal tools and automations as products that require prioritization, user focus, and a commitment to delivering business value above all else. The emphasis is on pragmatic solutions that work effectively, rather than solely on code perfection or aesthetic UI design.
• • You will need strong technical fluency, particularly in Python, n8n, and API architecture. Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with proprietary data sources will be critical for success.
