- • As a Data Architect at IT Labs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the data foundation for clients undergoing digital and data transformation, directly enabling improved analytics, operational efficiency, and business growth through scalable, secure, and high-performing data platforms built on Databricks and Azure.
- • You will design, build, and optimize scalable data architectures leveraging Databricks on Azure, develop and maintain robust data pipelines, models, and warehousing structures using industry best practices, and lead the implementation of ETL/ELT frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across complex enterprise environments.
- • You will collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs, guide the integration of new data sources, and define and enforce data governance, data modeling, and management standards to ensure consistency and reliability.
- • You will troubleshoot data and platform issues to maintain high system performance and reliability, while providing technical mentorship to junior team members on emerging tools, best practices, and cloud-native data engineering techniques.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or similar role in designing and implementing enterprise data solutions.
- • Extensive hands-on experience with Databricks and Azure data services including Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Data Factory.
- • Expertise in designing and implementing data pipelines, data models, and analytics architectures in cloud environments using SQL, Python, and/or Scala.
- • Strong understanding of data governance, security, access control, and compliance frameworks within Azure ecosystems.
- • Solid grasp of data warehouse concepts, dimensional modeling, and distributed systems principles.
- • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and non-technical teams to translate business needs into technical outcomes.
