• • We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Automation Engineer to join our South American Office. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who possesses a strong aptitude for identifying and implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) into diverse business workflows. As a consultant, you will play a critical role in building up our Applied AI services and delivering tangible business value to our esteemed clientele. • • The ideal candidate will excel in a client-facing capacity, demonstrating a remarkable ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders. You will be instrumental in mapping current business workflows, pinpointing critical pain points, and architecting innovative, AI-powered solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire project lifecycle, from initial client discovery and in-depth business analysis to the meticulous building and seamless deployment of identified solutions. This end-to-end ownership ensures that the solutions delivered are not only technically sound but also directly address client needs and business objectives.
• • Key responsibilities include conducting structured discovery sessions with clients to thoroughly map existing workflows, identify operational pain points, and understand manual bottlenecks that hinder efficiency. You will be tasked with identifying realistic AI automation opportunities, possessing the discernment to advise clients when AI is not the optimal solution, thereby ensuring pragmatic and effective technology adoption.
• • A crucial aspect of this role involves building compelling business cases for automation initiatives, quantifying benefits such as time saved, error reduction, and overall cost impact. You will be responsible for prioritizing a roadmap of opportunities, carefully balancing feasibility, return on investment (ROI), and client readiness for adoption. Maintaining client trust is paramount; this will be achieved by setting honest expectations and consistently delivering on commitments.
• • You will translate complex discovery findings into functional, working automations utilizing a range of powerful tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, LangChain, or custom Python pipelines. A significant part of your work will involve integrating LLMs (including but not limited to OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini) into internal tools, data pipelines, and critical business processes, thereby enhancing operational capabilities and driving innovation.
• • The role demands the ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, with Python as the primary programming language, supplemented by JavaScript/TypeScript as required. Post-launch, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and iterating on deployed automations, ensuring their continued effectiveness and alignment with evolving business needs. This iterative approach guarantees long-term value and adaptability of the solutions.
