📋 Description

• As an AI Automation Engineer at Cosuno GmbH, you will drive efficiency by designing and deploying AI-powered workflows that transform how teams work across the company, leveraging existing models and reasoning chains to solve real business problems without building proprietary models from scratch.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with Finance, Sales, Ops, and Product to identify high-ROI automation opportunities, designing and deploying end-to-end AI workflows using tools like n8n and Vector Databases, building modular and reusable solutions, establishing AI governance and enablement frameworks, and monitoring automation performance through metrics like ROI and time saved.
• You will be part of the product team, collaborating closely with the CEO and CTO to ensure technical alignment and infrastructure soundness, operating in an execution-heavy environment where success is measured by the speed and reliability of the automation platform you build.
• In this role, you will develop a product mindset for internal tools, strengthen your systems thinking by mapping interconnected data flows across the organization, gain hands-on experience scaling AI applications in a real-world industry (construction tech), and grow as a change agent by enabling non-technical teams to adopt and manage AI-driven automations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, n8n, and API architecture with hands-on experience in RAG and connecting LLMs to proprietary data sources
• Experience designing and deploying AI workflows using orchestration tools like n8n and Vector Databases to build scalable, modular automation systems
• Proven ability to drive organizational change and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
