📋 Description

• Evaluate business processes across departments to identify automation opportunities and recommend workflow improvements that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows across the organization, integrating business systems using modern automation platforms.
• Build AI assistants and productivity workflows that support multiple teams, and develop scalable automation solutions that improve operational performance.
• Document automation workflows and implementation processes, and develop best practices for automation and AI usage.
• Train internal users on newly implemented solutions, and ensure automation initiatives remain maintainable and aligned with business needs.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and automation platforms, evaluating new tools that improve business productivity.
• Recommend innovative AI solutions that support long-term operational improvements, and promote continuous process optimization across the organization.
• Work closely with stakeholders to recommend practical automation solutions, integrate business systems, document workflows, and support organization-wide AI adoption.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and business priorities, identifying scalable opportunities for process optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in workflow automation, systems implementation, business operations, or related roles.
• Experience implementing AI tools and automation platforms within business environments.
• Strong process improvement and systems-thinking abilities.
• Strong workflow automation knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
