📋 Description

• The AI Automation Specialist will design and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency by streamlining administrative tasks and business processes using AI and automation tools.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and automating key business processes, building automated workflows for application systems, integrating AI tools with CRMs and internal platforms, and continuously optimizing workflows for performance and scalability.
• The role supports U.S.-based clients from a fully remote location, requiring availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM–5 PM EST), and is open to candidates in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe.
• The candidate will work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment focused on scaling operations through AI-powered solutions, gaining hands-on experience in workflow automation, AI tool integration, and process documentation while contributing to long-term organizational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AI automation, workflow automation, or operations roles
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with AI tools for workflow optimization and task automation
• Experience integrating workflows with CRMs, forms, and internal systems
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of automation initiatives
