AI / Cloud Security Architect

📋 Description

• • The AI / Cloud Security Architect at Strayer University, Inc. is responsible for designing and implementing secure architecture across AI platforms, cloud infrastructure, and software development environments, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and responsible use of enterprise data and AI systems.
• • Day to day, the role involves defining enterprise security architecture, developing secure design patterns for cloud-native and AI-enabled applications, securing AI/ML pipelines and data lifecycle management, establishing Infrastructure as Code security standards, and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
• • The position partners closely with engineering, cloud operations, and data science teams to embed security into AI systems, cloud-native architectures, and modern DevSecOps pipelines, while mentoring security and engineering teams and influencing enterprise security strategy for cloud platforms, AI solutions, automation, and software delivery pipelines.
• • In this role, the individual will gain deep expertise in securing multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML security and model governance, DevSecOps tooling, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), container and Kubernetes security, and will contribute to enterprise security policies, standards, and technical roadmaps while developing leadership and collaboration skills across technical and business stakeholders.
